Terms of Service: What We Promise, What We Ask

Last updated: October 19, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and GirlChat. They are written to be read, so here is what each side commits to.

At a glance: you must be an adult to use GirlChat. Treat people with respect in every chat. Coins pay for longer or premium sessions and the price is shown before you pay. We can end a chat or restrict access when the rules are broken, and we cannot guarantee who you will meet.

Who These Terms Cover

By opening GirlChat, starting a chat or buying coins, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. "We", "us" and "GirlChat" mean the team that runs this website. "You" means anyone using it. If you do not agree with something here, please do not use the service.

Before You Start: Age and Eligibility

GirlChat is for adults. You must be at least eighteen years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use the service. Using GirlChat when you are not allowed to is a breach of these terms, and we will end access if we learn of it. Parents who find a minor using the site can write to us at the address on the contact page.

You are also responsible for making sure that using an online video chat service is lawful where you are.

What You Get: Free Matches and Coins

You can try GirlChat without an account. A limited number of free matches is available each day, and the amount shown on the site at the time is what applies. Free matches may be changed, paused or withdrawn.

Some features, such as longer or premium sessions, use coins. Coins are bought with real money, the cost is displayed before you confirm, and they are for use on GirlChat only. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers, and you agree to their terms when you pay. Unless the law where you live says otherwise, coins that have been spent are not refundable. If you believe you were charged by mistake, write to us with the date and amount.

What We Ask of You

  • Be honest about who you are and do not pretend to be someone else in order to mislead.
  • Treat the person you meet as you would want to be treated. Skip or stop a chat if it is not working, rather than arguing.
  • Follow the law that applies to you and to the people you talk to.
  • Keep your own device and any account you create secure. You are responsible for what happens through it.
  • Use Block and Report for real problems so we can act on them.

Things You May Not Do

  • Harass, threaten, stalk or discriminate against anyone.
  • Share, request or display sexual content, or content involving minors in any form.
  • Ask for money, run scams or promote other services, apps or products.
  • Record, screenshot or distribute another person's video, voice or messages without their consent.
  • Share another person's private information.
  • Use bots, scripts or automated tools, or try to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Evade a block, suspension or ban by using another device or connection.

Anything You Share

You stay responsible for what you say, type and show in a chat. You give GirlChat permission to carry that content between you and the other person and to handle it as needed to run the service, review a report or meet a legal obligation. Do not share anything you do not have the right to share, and keep in mind that the other person can see and hear what you send.

When We Step In

If we believe these terms have been broken, we may end a chat, remove content, limit features or block access, with or without notice depending on how serious the situation is. We may share information with the authorities where the law requires it or where we believe someone is at risk. If you think we got a decision wrong, write to us and we will take another look. Read the safety page for how reporting works day to day.

What We Cannot Promise

GirlChat connects you with other people in real time, and we do not control who you meet or what they say. We cannot verify who anyone is, and we cannot promise a particular match, an uninterrupted connection or that the service will always be available. The service is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows, GirlChat is not liable for indirect losses or for what other users do. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and Questions

We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and continuing to use GirlChat after a change means you accept it. Questions about this page can go to support[at]girlchat.net, with [at] replaced by @.
