At a glance: we collect only what we need to connect chats, take payments, keep the service safe and understand how the site is used. We do not sell your personal data. You can ask us what we hold and ask us to correct or delete it.
What We Collect
- Technical data. Your device type, browser, language, approximate location derived from your connection and the pages you open.
- Chat information. What is needed to connect a match, such as session identifiers, plus reports and blocks you make. Your camera and microphone are used only after you allow them in your browser.
- Payment details. If you buy coins, the payment provider receives your card or wallet details. We receive confirmation of the purchase, the amount and a reference, not your full card number.
- Messages to us. Whatever you write to support, including your email address.

Who Else Sees It
We do not sell your personal data. We use service providers who help us run GirlChat, including hosting and delivery, payment processing, analytics and email. They may process data only to provide those services. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to respond to a valid request from the authorities, or to protect people from harm. During a chat, the other person sees and hears what you choose to send.
Cookies and Similar Tools
GirlChat uses cookies and local storage to remember small things, such as how many free matches you have used today, and to measure traffic with analytics tools. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. If you do, the site still works, but your free-match count and other preferences may reset.
How Long We Keep It
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. Records of purchases are kept for accounting reasons. Reports and the information around them may be kept longer so we can handle repeat problems. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit or object to how we use it, or move it elsewhere. To use any of these, write to us from the contact page and tell us what you want. We may ask you to confirm who you are before acting. If you are unhappy with how we responded, you can also contact the data protection authority where you live.

GirlChat is meant for people aged eighteen and over, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you think a minor has used the site, please tell us through the contact page and we will act on it.
