Contact GirlChat: Talk to a Real Person

A question about coins, a chat that went wrong, or something you want to say about the site? Write to us. A person reads every message.

Write to Us

Our support address is support[at]girlchat.net. When you write, swap [at] for the @ sign. It is spelled out like this so automated scrapers do not bury the inbox in spam, and retyping it takes about five seconds.

Replies come from a person, not a bot, usually within a few working days. If you have not heard back after a week, send a short follow-up with the date of your first message and we will pick it up.

Safety first. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency services before you contact us. We cannot send help ourselves, but we can act on reports.

Most questions have an answer on a page you can open right now.

Common Situations and What to Do

  • The camera or microphone will not start. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar, allow the site to use it, then reload. If it still fails, tell us your device and browser.
  • You were charged and do not recognise it. Write with the date and amount. Never send a full card number.
  • Someone broke the rules during a chat. Use Report on the chat screen at the time. If you could not, describe what happened in your message.
  • You want your data corrected or deleted. Tell us which one and we will walk you through it. The privacy policy lists your rights.
  • You are a parent worried about a child. GirlChat is for adults. Write to us straight away and we will act on it.

What to Include in Your Message

A few details turn a three-day thread into a one-day fix.

  • What happened, in your own words, and roughly when.
  • The device and browser you were using, for example "iPhone, Safari".
  • For payment questions: the date and the amount, never the card number.
  • For reports: whether you used Block or Report on the chat screen.

Please never send passwords or full card details. We will never ask for them. Write in whichever language you are most comfortable with and keep sentences short, which also helps translation tools. Our team works across time zones, so a message sent at night is normally read the next working day.
